The 1990s were a great decade for music. If you lived through the decade, you can probably remember the many great songs you heard. Whether you were in the car, listening to the radio at home, or watching MTV, there's a good chance that you'll remember some of these songs. The bands, on the other hand, may be a little less memorable as they were really only well known for their one hit song. Let's look at a few one hit wonders from the 1990s.

5. Spacehog. You may remember their song "In the Meantime". A great space rock type song, this alternative group faded into obscurity shortly thereafter.

4. Seven Mary Three. Another alternative rock group, this band sounded like it was destined for greatness after the success of its hit song "Cumbersome". Interestingly enough, none of the rest of their music ever made it big.

3. Chumbawumba. "I get knocked down, and I get up again"...I'm sure you know this chorus just as well as anyone else did back then, but this band really never had another hit song in the United States.

2. Jimmy Ray. Do you remember this song? "Are you Jimmy Ray? Who wants to know?" was the chorus, and the music video was just as big. No one knows Jimmy Ray anymore though.

1. Deep Blue Something. How about that song Breakfast at Tiffany's? In the mid 1990s, it was all the rage. The band never came out with another hit song, and they're the quintessential one hit wonder of the 1990s.
